Job Description

• Lead internal/external customer including vendors/users and various business units in the development of use cases enabling the technical team to deliver appropriate solutions supporting real-time capabilities. Conduct detailed analysis and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Coordinate data transmission process with end users, ITG, and vendors. Conduct testing on data for the releases.
• Support the technical leadership in successful multi-vendor project development teams. Facilitation and oversight of vendor meetings, requirement review /sign-off
• Responsible for ensuring all program activities and artifacts are completed and maintained with overall project activities. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.

Qualifications
