You will serve as a key member of the Polaris Experience team, focused on delivering data-driven insights that support revenue growth, outfitter performance, and overall program profitability. In this role, you will analyze market, consumer, and operational data to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. You will partner closely with leadership, marketing, finance, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Your work will directly influence planning, performance tracking, and long-term business strategies. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact through data analysis while gaining exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $73,200 to $96,100 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
