Robotics Technologies LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help analyze operations and translate needs into functional and technical requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting Agile ceremonies, and coordinating UAT.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing BRDs/FRDs, and creating user stories.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio for documentation and workflow design.
• Experience with data reporting and process optimization tools.

Job Summary:

This position focuses on analyzing business operations, identifying process improvements, and translating organizational needs into functional and technical requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.

Core Competencies:

Expertise in business requirements gathering and documentation.

Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.

Understanding of SQL queries and relational database concepts.

Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.

Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data analysis.

Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and requirement workshops.

Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.

Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate with technical teams during solution design and implementation.

Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.

Experience & Technical Background:

5+ years of experience in business analysis within IT projects.

Experience working with enterprise applications and business process improvement initiatives.

Strong background in requirement analysis, functional documentation, and gap assessment.

Practical experience supporting software implementation and testing.

Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.

Postgraduate qualification in Business Analytics or Project Management is beneficial.

CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analysis certifications are preferred.

Experience with business process modeling and enterprise analysis is an added advantage.
