Job summary

LifeScience Logistics LLC. is seeking a Business Analyst to elicit and document requirements, translate them into AI-supported workflows, and craft detailed user stories and UX designs. You will analyze existing processes, support UAT, and help teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.

With 2–5 years in software/tech and strong usability knowledge, you’ll create prototypes and maintain technical docs while collaborating across teams to ensure delivery success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, business, design or HCI or equivalent.
• 2–5 years as a Business Analyst or in software/tech environments.
• Ability to produce high fidelity prototypes early in development.
• Strong knowledge of mobile/web information architecture and usability.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and manage business requirements via interviews, workshops, and reviews.
• Translate needs into AI-supported workflows and detailed user stories.
• Create use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and review cases.
• Develop technical docs, release notes, and user guides; train users.
• Act as primary contact for AI product questions and monitor post-release feedback.
• Advocate for customer interests in feature decisions and product updates.

Job description

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews translating those needs into AI supported workflows.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and any corresponding UX designs/wireframes.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Support QA teams in defining test scenarios and reviewing test cases.
• Build technical documentation, release notes, and training materials to users. Communicate changes, address concerns, and help teams adopt new AI supported ways of working.
• Serve as a first point of contact for issues or questions related to AI product offerings. Monitor post-release performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the customer\'s best interest when it comes to decisions for new and updated features and products.
• Contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and user guides.

Qualifications and Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience in a software development or technology environment.
• The ability to produce high fidelity prototypes early in the development cycle.
• Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and responsive design, as well as deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Strong bias for action and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in logistics and supply chain application development is a plus.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience and strong comfort level working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks with an iterative and collaborative design process.
• Curiosity about AI and LLM technology; prior exposure to AI tools or projects is a plus but not required.
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests with users that deliver actionable insights for design.
• Proficiency with common design tools such as Figma, Miro, Zeplin, etc.
