Job summary

SFE seeks a senior Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC to lead requirements gathering and analysis across banking domain initiatives. You will document BRD/FRD, write user stories, and ensure acceptance criteria align with business goals.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, development, and QA teams, using JIRA/Confluence in an Agile environment to drive end-to-end SDLC activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across teams.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and document BRD/FRD.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development, and QA to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage backlog with JIRA, conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning, maintain user stories.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ability to work closely with business users, Product Owners, development, and QA teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience facilitating workshops, requirement walkthroughs, UAT support, and executive stakeholder interactions.
• Preferred experience in Banking/Financial Services domain, API integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.
