Job summary

Lawelawe Defense Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to backfill the Program Manager and CIO. The role requires high energy, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.

You will handle daily operations, document requirements, coordinate meetings, process orders, and maintain calendars. Eligible candidates must have 4+ years of admin experience, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalency.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Knowledge of DoD onboarding processes, including TASS.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Use available system resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement and determine useful business solutions.
  • Document user requirements for business processes and ensure future projects align with them.
  • Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.
  • Track and manage organizational taskers.
  • Manage the department's In and Out-processing activity.
  • Create and provide daily or weekly work reports to management.
  • Process DMLSS orders from submission to fulfillment.
  • Ensure the department complies with timekeeping systems.
  • Coordinate visitor passes, parking, and base access.
  • Engage with department heads to coordinate meeting attendance and availability.
  • Assist with setup and presentation of monthly meetings.
  • Coordinate new staff training.
  • Maintain organizational charts, templates, and SOPs.
  • Manage CIO and IT department calendars.
  • Record meeting minutes for meetings they facilitate.
  • Support other ITD branches as needed.

You Are

The Business Analyst will serve in direct support of the Program Manager and CIO and will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities
  • Useavailable system resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement, to determine the most useful business solution.
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.
  • Review and analyzeinformation, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.

Here’s What You Need
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Knowledge of DoD onboarding process, including TASS.
  • Must be a US Citizen

Salary

Dependent on Experience (DOE). Compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
