Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support reporting, analytics, and BI initiatives in a fast-paced financial services environment on a hands-on contract basis.

The role focuses on designing Power BI dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, building data models, and writing SQL to integrate multiple data sources; candidates should have 3+ years in BI or analytics and excellent communication.

Qualifications

This is a hands-on contract opportunity for a professional who can quickly understand business processes and data, perform in-depth analysis, and develop impactful reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing professional Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly in a contract environment.

Experience within auto finance, vehicle remarketing, leasing, or financial services environments is highly preferred, including exposure to:

• End-of-lease and vehicle maturity processes
• Vehicle grounding, disposition, and sales performance reporting
• Auction, vendor, and channel performance analytics
• Collections and maturity receivables reporting
• Inventory aging and days-to-sale metrics
• Residual value and vehicle valuation analysis
• Loss severity and recovery analysis
