Nightwing is seeking a Business Analyst to support a U.S. Government customer with onsite incident response and technology integration initiatives.

You will lead use case identification, gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and translate mission needs into actionable tech capabilities. You will develop business cases, define success criteria, and measure pilot outcomes while ensuring alignment with mission goals and governance processes.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret; TS/SCI preferred.

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.

Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations tocharacterizethe severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. Nightwing is seeking aBusiness Analystto support this critical customer mission.

The Business Analyst will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.

Responsibilities:

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($77,000–$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
