• Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 4-7 years working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
• 4-7 years working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
• 4-7 years working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
• Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Preferred)
• Telecommunications (Preferred)

Job Overview

The Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders throughout the business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long‑term vision of T-Mobile. The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques and software including data mining and business intelligence/reporting software. They create customer‑centric recommendations informed by analysis, good business acumen and partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity, and effective communication. They partner with various teams including marketing, product and platform teams on complex modeling and analysis requests. This position also participates in the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across teams.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $89,585 - $161,575National Base Pay Range: $77,900 - $140,500
