As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Process Improvement organization, you will be based in Kalamazoo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA. Core hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am ET - 5:00 pm ET. Occasional travel may be required to support key projects, strategic initiatives, and industry conferences. A Business Analysis Advisor on the C&IB Operations Process Improvement Team leverages process improvement and project management expertise to solve complex problems, improve operational efficiency and manage risk. In this role, you will partner with diverse stakeholders to facilitate and deliver operational and technology improvements by assessing business processes, leading root cause analysis, analyzing data, influencing decision-making, and implementing sustainable process changes. Responsibilities include defining business problems and conducting comprehensive analysis to identify, document, quantify, and prioritize value creation opportunities. This role identifies process gaps, operational challenges, and root causes, then develops actionable recommendations and implementation approaches that drive end-to-end process improvements. Individuals are expected to independently lead assignments with limited guidance, while effectively managing scope, risks, resources, dependencies, and deliverables. Ability to develop Sharepoint and Power Platform solutions is beneficial in this role.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace.
