Job summary

Louisiana State University Eunice (LSUE) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor of Business to develop and teach courses within Business disciplines. Adjuncts will receive working titles related to their academic discipline and will be responsible for timely submission of syllabi and supporting materials.

Responsibilities include delivering course content, providing timely grades, submitting learning outcomes, evaluating student performance, and offering office hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field of study from a regionally accredited academic institution OR Master’s degree in unrelated field plus 18 credit hours in related Business field from a regionally accredited academic institution
• Ph.D. in a related field of study from a regionally accredited academic institution
• 2 years of teaching experience both in-person and on-line

Responsibilities

• Development of course materials in the Business disciplines, submission of syllabi and supporting course materials on schedule
• Instruction of course materials in the Business disciplines, timely communication of grades, submission of Student Learning Outcomes, assessment of student performance, and remediation planning with students
• Office hours and other duties as assigned
