Qualifications

  • High School or GED preferred.
  • Previous commercial tire experience.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and working safely.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong oral and written communication ability.

Responsibilities

  • Work at customer location in a tire shop, ensuring tires are reliable and safe.
  • Document work performed with assigned administrators and customer staff.
  • Maintain customer tire inventory from cradle to grave using best practices.
  • Monitor tire maintenance through tire inspections and digital devices.
  • Maintain and repair all customer tires according to industry standards.
  • Perform dynamic tire balancing, wheel assembly changes, regrooving, and inflation maintenance.
  • Maintain shop safety and cleanliness.
