Job summary

City of New York Department of Transportation, Transportation Planning and Management Division, Office of Livable Streets, seeks a Community Coordinator as Data Coordinator for bus stop seating data management within Furniture and Operations. You will coordinate with DOT operations and planning groups to create and maintain an agency-wide bus stop furnishings and conditions database.

The role involves data entry, maintenance, and reporting using Power BI and Microsoft visual tools to support

Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or related duties; or
• High school graduation or equivalent and six years of related experience; or
• Education/experience equivalent to 1 or 2, with at least one year in 1 above.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the agency-wide bus stop furnishings and conditions database.
• Train staff and provide technical assistance; prepare charts and visual materials.
• Produce reports for community partners and perform data analysis for administrative decisions.
