Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest.

• Must be able to speak and understand English.

The Bus Person is responsible for providing guests with efficient and friendly service, while maintaining a clean dining environment to ensure our guests return visit.

Duties

• Sincerely greet each guest at their table and genuinely thank the guests.
• Know the script and hours/days of operation of restaurants.
• Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest.
• Responsible for clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
• Responsible for maintaining the required levels of supplies in the dining room.
• Complete shift side work requirements.
• Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
