Job summary

Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Bus Person to support dining operations and guest satisfaction. You will help maintain a clean dining area, restock supplies, and assist wait staff to ensure timely service.

This role emphasizes discreet, friendly guest interaction, attention to cleanliness, and teamwork in a busy hotel dining environment. A high school diploma is required, and a background check is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen/dishroom.
• Replace soiled table linens and reset tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room.
• Decorate and restock the service bar with food items, utensils, and dishes.
• Serve ice water and butter to guests.
• Clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves, service bar equipment, and dispensers.
• Assist wait staff as directed by management to ensure timely guest service.
• Take initiative to greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
