Job summary

First Student Management LLC is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Monitor/Aide in Erie, PA to support safe student transportation. No prior experience is required as we provide industry-leading safety training and guidance. The role offers a split AM/PM schedule with local routes and a $500 sign-on bonus, along with a pathway to growth across 540 locations in the U.S.

  • Team-oriented with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring Part Time School Bus Monitors/Aides - Erie, PA

Sign-On Bonus: $500*

As a Part Time School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students. You will assist the bus driver in providing an excellent and safe journey for students to and from school. No experience as a School Bus Monitor is required! We will guide you with our industry‑leading safety and training programs.

Your day as a School Bus Monitor/Aide will include:
