Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assembles, aligns, tests and inspects parts to form units per design specifications.
• Assembles component parts into completed units within blueprint tolerances.
• Maintains standards for assembly, production, quality, safety and housekeeping.
• Performs minor adjustments, repairs or setups to equipment or machines.
• Inspects parts or units using calipers, gauges and other inspection tools.
• Keeps tools properly stored and coordinates with setup/lead personnel as needed.
• Maintains daily 5S standards.
• Follows quality service standards and company procedures.
