Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Bus Food Runner to support our Food Servers and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience at our Biloxi property. You will help deliver meals, keep stations clean, and maintain stock levels while providing friendly, efficient service.

Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented, and ready to grow in hospitality. Must be 21+ and able to operate in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property.
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.

THE JOB:

As a Bus Food Runner you will work closely with our Food Servers to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. From keeping service flowing smoothly to helping deliver food efficiently, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. If you’re energetic, team-oriented, and eager to grow in hospitality, we’d love to have you on our team.

THE STARTING RATE:

$10.50 per hour (plus tips)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.

• Keep floors free of debris and spills.

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property.

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.

• Assist with proper stock rotation.

• Run food as required by the Department.
