Position Overview

The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions.

As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based in remotely.

• Oversee process improvement programs that work with cross functional teams across the organization
• Use Lean Six Sigma methodology to review business processes and identify potential gaps and risks in key processes and mitigate potential client harm before it occurs
• Execute lateral leadership, delegating to peers on team and leading/influencing partners across the organization
• Use analytical skills and problem solving to identify solutions to potential gaps
• Effectively communicate through executive leadership findings and recommended solutions
• Confidently and effectively give recommendations to the execution of business strategies relying on analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. Job Description

• Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
• Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
