To be considered, applicants must submit the following:

• Two forms of ID (driver's license or state issued ID plus one of: Social Security Card, passport, birth certificate, or Native American Tribal ID).
• Fingerprint card with digital fingerprints. Fingerprinting can be completed at Wagoner County Court House.
• Background Check Fee of $45 (check, money‑order, cashier’s check or cash; cards not accepted).
