WeDriveU, Inc. invites applications for a full-time Shuttle Driver role in California. You will operate private shuttle services, follow safety rules, and transport corporate employees along predetermined routes between campuses and workplaces.

The position requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), DOT physical clearance, and a clean background. At least 1 year of driving experience is preferred, with excellent customer service and reliable attendance valued highly.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
• DOT physical, drug test, and background check must be passed.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles following safety protocols and schedules.
• Transport corporate employees between stops using predetermined routes.
• Maintain vehicle safety checks and report any issues promptly.
• Interact with customers and dispatch team professionally and provide route information.
• Report road conditions, accidents, and maintenance needs to supervisors.

Job Description:

TheCoachOperatoris responsible forfollowing safety protocol, schedules, pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between various stops.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and Escalate any issues
• Compliance with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations
• Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders, i.e., answer questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road and route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands-free devices
• Additional duties and responsibilities may apply

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

• Use route navigation apps, and other technology, including knowledge of area to pick up and drop off our customers
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents
• Ability to safely operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty-five minutes
• Abilityto drive in fluctuating weather and terrain
• Flexible scheduled to work outside of regular days and shifts
• Comfortable working a split shift schedule
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADApassengers

Education and Qualifications:
