Job summary

The Bryant & Stratton College Virginia Beach Campus is seeking part-time bus/van drivers to support both day and evening divisions for our students. We currently have two shifts available to accommodate campus needs and ensure timely service.

Drivers will operate a 14-passenger bus/van between campus and housing complexes on an hourly route, require punctuality, and report any incidents to management while complying with all transit regulations and college ethics and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Good driving record
• Able to pass criminal and DMV check upon hire
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Customer service oriented and professional
• Ability to work with all levels of associates and students

Responsibilities

• Drive 14 passenger bus/van from campus to and from housing complex.
• Route is run every hour.
• Must be on time for start of each route
• Report accidents or other traffic disruptions to Manager.
• Check tires, lights, and report maintenance issues to Manager
• Follow all state and federal transit regulations.
• Perform duties in a manner that is congruent with the College’s vision, standards and ethics.
