The Role

We are looking for professional, dependable Bus Drivers to join the founding team for Tea Around Town® Phoenix. You will operate our specialty double-decker buses while delivering a polished, hospitality-forward experience to guests. As part of a new market launch, your role will be critical in establishing service excellence from day one.

What You’ll Do

Safely operate double-decker buses along designated Tea Around Town® Phoenix routes.

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required operational documentation.

Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and team members.

Provide a professional, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

Valid CDL Class B license with Passenger endorsement (required).

Experience driving commercial passenger vehicles such as buses or shuttles preferred.

Strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
