Applications are being accepted by the College Place School District for a Bus Driver. We are seeking a dependable School Bus Driver responsible for daily student transportation and for driving to extracurricular events including sports and field trips. This is a full-time 40-hour per week position. Work schedules will vary week to week based on route assignments and athletic or activity travel. Drivers will receive their upcoming weekly schedule no later than the week prior. Evening travel and regularly scheduled weekend or extended trips are part of the regular assignment. This assignment is open for internal and external consideration at this time.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position: 8hours per day, 178 days per school year (10 months)
Salary: $24.55-$28.74(educational incentive available in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreement as negotiated)
Anticipated Start Date: 2/26/2026
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, FSA/DCAP, Life/AD&D through SEBB (School Employee Benefits Board);andRetirement through DRS (Department of Retirement Systems) for eligible employees
Additional Benefits: Optional 403(b) retirement plan; Optional DCP (deferred compensation program) retirement plan
Leave: 9 sick days (pro-rated for mid-year hires), 10 paid holidays
