Child Development Schools is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to ensure the safe transport of children to and from our facilities and to contribute as a teacher where needed. The role emphasizes a nurturing environment and strong partnerships with families.

Applicants should be at least 21, hold a CDL, pass a background check, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and child passenger safety training. We value empathy, clear communication, and flexibility.

Your Role as a Bus Driver:

As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may will also serve as a teacher, working to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities include assisting in guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Are at least 21 years old, hold a CDL, and the necessary credentials for a Bus Driver in Oklahoma which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and have child passenger safety training.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
