Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a shop environment preferred.
• High School Diploma and 2 years of shop experience preferred.
• Forklift, Crane Operation, ERP, and Quality Management System training.

Responsibilities

• Layout, position, and secure parts according to specification.
• Ensure correct material is used according to the Job Traveler.
• Ensure all parts are marked with Job #.
• Verify remnant plates are marked with HT# and PO# before storage.
• Unloaded parts organized in job kits.
• Understand burn table functions and daily maintenance.
• Operate burn table to produce parts.
• Oversee daily production of items.
• Inform Plate Shop Lead of shortages or material issues.
• Safely operate forklift, overhead crane, and combilift.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work area.
