Job summary

Extant Healthcare, in partnership with Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks a Burn Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary Burn and Reconstructive Surgery Program. The position offers opportunities to treat acute and reconstructive burns in a modern facility with advanced surgical resources.

Qualifications

Must be board certified or board eligible in general surgery.
Fellowship in burn surgery and/or surgical critical care preferred.
Missouri medical licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for burn and reconstructive patients.
Participate in surgical management of burns, wound care, resuscitation, and rehabilitation.
Collaborate with trauma, plastics, and critical care teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
Cover burn and trauma calls and clinic duties.
