Burlington Subaru Express Lube Technician

Role Purpose Repair vehicles in an efficient and ethical manner under the supervision of a Flat-Rate Technician and/or Shop Foreman.

Leadership This position does not lead others.

• Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
• Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements
• Learn how to utilize computer to remain up to date on manufacturer recalls and/or technical data. 4. Complete training required set by the manager.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area. Perform daily inspections of your work area.
• Stay compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
