Job summary

Fasterskier is seeking a Head Coach to join Assistant Coach Kate Newick in efforts to recruit and train high school athletes age 14-19 in a ski academy environment.

Duties include training plan and race schedule design, technique analysis, close involvement with NENSA and the US Ski Team, active involvement within the community at school, rigorous domestic and international travel, and helping to develop and motivate high school athletes towards future Olympic and National Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching high school athletes
• Ability to design training plans and schedules
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design training plans and race schedules for 14-19-year-old skiers.
• Analyze technique to improve performance.
• Collaborate with NENSA and the US Ski Team.
• Engage with the school community and manage travel.
• Mentor athletes toward Olympic and National Team opportunities.
