Join us as a Burger King Shift Leader at GPS Hospitality

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members and take on additional responsibilities for managing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas such as product preparation, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and team management.

Job Duties

1. Ensure your team delivers outstanding service and guest satisfaction
2. Train and coach team members
3. Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to operate the restaurant effectively each shift
4. Maintain excellent knowledge and proficiency in restaurant operations
5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members
6. Supervise in line with GPS values, traits, and behaviors
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
8. Follow and enforce all cash handling policies and address violations
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager

Job Requirements

• 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
• Work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs
