Job summary

PEAK Genetics in Wisconsin seeks a Bull Housing Supervisor to lead animal care, uphold welfare and biosecurity, and drive daily production operations within our bovine facilities.

You will supervise, coach, and develop a team, coordinate semen collection activities, and ensure safety and welfare standards while managing supplies and facility readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience working with livestock; bovine AI industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence performance outcomes
• Strong communication, accountability, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments with large animals
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Class A or B) preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth
