Job summary

Ally Waste Services LLC is seeking a Bulk Tech Driver to keep apartment communities clean by removing bulky items and hauling them to the landfill. The role requires driving, loading, and operating in outdoor landfill environments, with emphasis on efficiency and safety.

Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with potential overtime. Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. This position includes comprehensive benefits and a company-wide safety culture.

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with at least 2 consecutive years of licensed driving.
• Clean driving record - verified after offer.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card). We’ll help you obtain it.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Comfortable operating a vehicle for extended periods and working in outdoor conditions, including landfill environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and trailer/box truck on daily routes to service properties.
• Photograph and document bulky items using our mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items with proper lifting techniques.
• Haul items to disposal facility and unload on arrival.
• Complete pickups efficiently within set timeframes.
• Communicate property issues or service exceptions to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues or incidents immediately.

As a Bulk Technician, you'll help keep apartment communities clean by removing furniture, oversized trash, and bulk items from resident properties. This is a physical, hands-on role involving route driving, heavy lifting, and hauling materials to the landfill. We're looking for dependable team members who work hard, move efficiently, and take pride in getting the job done right.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full Time
• Monday- Friday
• Start time: 6:00 AM
• Overtime may be required
• Pay $21 - $23 / hr. (Depending on experience)

Bulk Tech Driver Responsibilities:

• Drive a company truck and trailer and/or box truck to service properties along an assigned daily route.
• Check in, photograph, and document bulky items using our mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items using proper lifting and stacking techniques.
• Haul collected items to the assigned disposal facility and unload upon arrival.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within established timeframes.
• Communicate property concerns, access issues, or service exceptions to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.

Requirements

Bulk Tech Driver Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and stay on pace through a full shift.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in waste management, moving/hauling, construction labor, or a similar physically demanding role.
• Customer-facing experience in a service environment.
