Job summary

Keefe Group in Olive Branch, MS is hiring for a full-time warehouse role within our distribution environment. You’ll participate in inbound, picking and packing, and outbound shipping processes, with cross-training across departments and opportunities to specialize.

We offer daily pay access, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate EPJ, RF scanner, and walkie rider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• 1 year of Warehousing experience is REQUIRED.
• Previous Picking/ Packing of Warehouse Orders REQUIRED.
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is REQUIRED.
• Walkie Rider operation REQUIRED.
• RF Scan Gun REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with computers including MS Office preferred.
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders as part of Commissary team.
• Build and load pallet orders on forklifts and MHE for bulk team.
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and count/adjust as needed.
• Use WMS tech to deliver orders via scanning devices and tablets.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as needed.

About This Position

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Building, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• 1 year of Warehousing experience is REQUIRED.
• Previous/Currently Picking and Packing of Warehouse Orders REQUIRED
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is REQUIRED.
• Stand Up Counterbalance experience PREFERRED
• Able to operate a Walkie Rider is REQUIRED
• RF Scan Gun REQUIRED
• Forklift experience is PREFERREDAbility to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
