Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a meticulous Bulk Order Selector to join our team in East Windsor, CT. This full-time role focuses on accurately picking items from our bulk section and preparing orders for distribution, ensuring every item matches the ticket and customer request.

You will read order tickets carefully, move efficiently through a fast-paced warehouse, and contribute to on-time deliveries while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards. Prior pallet jack experience is preferred.

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
