Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Bulk Merchandiser to stock shelves and deliver beer and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in Surprise, AZ. The role includes handling payments, recording transactions, and maintaining merchandising standards at designated accounts.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, a valid AZ driver’s license, and must be at least 20 years old and eligible to work in the United States. CDL training is offered as part of the position.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMPANYBulk Merchandisers work in local stores to keep our products fully stocked on the shelves and in the coolers. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and maintaining products at all designated accounts. The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work. In addition: Bulk Merchandisers participate in our CDL School in order to obtain their Class A license. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. You will require above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. You will be task oriented, requiring you to be conservative, careful, and cautious in your approach to work.WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISHEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
