Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of drafting or design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Experience reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
• Understanding welding, machining and fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and detail bulk material handling equipment including conveyors, chutes, silos and supports.
• Create plant layouts, equipment arrangements and fabrication drawings.
• Develop BOMs, manufacturing orders and drawing release packages.
• Produce fabrication drawings with dimensions, welding specs and tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication and project teams through execution.
• Support field measurements, inspections and installation activities.
• Assist with operation and maintenance manual documentation.
• Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
