Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply in Denver Metro is seeking a Bulk Landscape Material and Sales Coordinator to join our sales support team. The role provides front-line service to the outside sales force, manages orders and quotations, and coordinates with dispatch and branch teams.

Pay rate is $26–$28/hr DOE. The position emphasizes customer focus, accurate documentation, and timely delivery, with benefits including health, retirement, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and resolve inquires promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any delays or issues proactively.
• Enter and manage sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Work closely with dispatch and branch teams to schedule deliveries or assist with customer requests.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maintain operational efficiencies to reduce risks and perform at a high level.
• Own and manage tasks through completion, to ensure high quality outcomes.
• Act as the main point of communication between sales and internal teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and optimize margins.
• Assist in developing accounts by researching opportunities and preparing quotations.
• Participate in company meetings and contribute to internal communications.
• Other duties assigned.

Summary

• The Sales Support Staff serves as the primary interface between the outside sales force and the rest of the sales support team at Ewing Irrigation.
• This support team includes: Pricing, Purchasing, Local Branches and Project Services.
• The role provides, and coordinates, meaningful and timely service to the sales force and their customers in a consistent and professional manner.
• The Sales Support Staff position will support the Director of Pricing and company’s goals.
• The job performance of the Sales Support Staff position will be evaluated based upon their effectiveness in executing the duties and responsibilities listed below.
