Job summary

Central United Cooperative is seeking a dependable driver/warehouse associate to support bulk feed production and delivery across our Minnesota operations. This role involves operating tractors, grain trucks, and conveyors in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Class A CDL (insurability) or ability to obtain one, DOT medical clearance, and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons. Agricultural background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Class A CDL with insurable driving status or ability to obtain it.
• Willing to work across divisions; tanker and hazmat endorsements may be needed.
• DOT physical and drug test must be passed.
• Operate tractors, semis, grain trucks, loaders, and conveyors.
• Extended hours during peak seasons.
• Computer and data entry skills.
• Good communication and ability to follow directions.
• Agriculture background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing of bulk feed.
• Contribute to facility and equipment maintenance.
• Help with bulk feed loadout.
• Deliver bulk feed to customer location.
• Maintain an organized warehouse.
• Complete bagged feed deliveries as needed.
• General housekeeping as required.
