Job summary

Ag Partners is seeking a Bulk Feed Delivery Driver in Pine Island, MN. You will drive a bulk feed truck to customers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service, while supporting the feed mill and warehouse when not on the road.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with Air Brake Endorsement required; interstate license preferred.
• Safe driving record and clean background.

• Deliver bulk feed to customers using bulk, semi, or straight feed trucks.
• Assist in feed mill and warehouse: mixing, packaging, loading/unloading as needed.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and DOT regulations.

We are hiring a full-time Bulk Feed Delivery Driver for Pine Island, MN, location. In this role, you will operate a bulk, semi, or straight feed truck to deliver feed and products to our customers and ensure high-quality service. When not making deliveries, you may help in the feed mill and warehouse by mixing & packaging feed and loading & unloading trucks. We are looking for employees who have a positive attitude, work well in a team, and focus on safety.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Air Brake Endorsement is required; an interstate license is preferred.
• Safely transporting and unloading feed and grains to customers as requested and on schedule.
• Follow the company's biosecurity standard operating procedures and maintain a high standard of feed quality.
• Complying with safety rules, procedure manuals, and delivery tickets.
• Following company policies, procedures, and DOT rules and regulations.
• Able to work extra hours as need to ensure all feeds are delivered.
• Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.

Physical requirements:

• Able to lift 75 pounds occasionally, 60 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
• Climb ladders and work near moving equipment.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in dusty environments.
• Able to sit for long periods, and stand, walk, balance, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.

The starting pay range for this hourly position is $24.00 to $25.00, depending on your job-related skills and experience. This position qualifies for a monthly performance bonus based on the tonnage hauled. A comprehensive benefits package is available to full-time employees, which includes:
