Job summary

Arc3 Gases, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a CO2 Service Technician to install and maintain bulk CO2 systems at customer sites. You will deliver product, perform inspections, train customer personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and DOT requirements.

The role requires operating forklifts, loading tanks, and willingness to obtain Class A/B CDL with tanker and Hazmat endorsements. 1–3 years in the industry is preferred, with outdoor work in varying temperatures and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with compressed gases preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Class A/B CDL with tanker, Hazmat, and airbrake endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Install CO2 bulk installations at customer sites.
• Deliver product and supplies to assigned customers.
• Inspect, maintain and repair bulk CO2 systems.
• Install decals and warning signs identifying hazards, equipment ownership, etc.
• Train customer personnel on operating equipment.
• Inspect vehicle before and after use per DOT and company policy.
• Load Microbulk tanks and fill customer-owned bulk tanks as assigned.
• Maintain load manifests and vehicle documents.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure Arc3 meets expectations.
• Perform annual inspections of bulk installation sites.
• Work safely and follow Arc3 safety policies.
• Maintain a stock of parts for repairs.
• Perform any other duties Arc3 Gases may assign.
