Job summary

Cemstone Ready Mix seeks a safety‑minded CDL A driver to deliver cement products to our plants and bagging facilities. You will perform both pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and coordinate with the dispatcher to ensure precise unloading.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of relevant driving experience, a valid Class A CDL, ability to pass DOT drug testing and physicals, and a clean driving record. Competitive benefits are included.

• Ability to pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical.
• Valid DOT Health Card.

• Safe operation of truck and trailer per company policy and laws.

Job Summary

Drive truck to deliver cement products to various concrete plants and bagging facilities.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑trip inspection of tractor‑trailer pursuant to DOT regulations, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and other driver‑operated controls.
• Communicate with Dispatcher to receive delivery instructions and inform the plant operator of transport contents and unloading location.
• Transport and unload dry bulk cement products in accordance with plant orders.
• Complete all required paperwork at the end of each day.
• Conduct post‑trip inspection of tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical.
• Valid DOT Health Card.
• Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier regulations.
• Ability to follow orders and instructions from management.
• Safe operation of truck and trailer in compliance with company policy and state/federal laws.
