Job summary

AuraOne seeks a Bulgarian Language Expert to remotely evaluate prompts and model outputs, aligning them to AuraOne’s quality rubric. You will compare paired responses, label edge cases, and craft structured feedback to retrain the models.

As a contractor, you will maintain reviewer-quality scores, calibrate against gold-standard examples, and document recurring failure modes for improvement. Strong attention to detail and async availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bulgarian language evaluation or related content.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and rubric clause.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt is problematic.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Bulgarian language evaluation outputs against rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a rationale.
• Label hallucinations and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples each week.
• Document recurring failure modes for retraining.
