Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Building superintendent/handyman in Buffalo, NY to fix and maintain equipment and buildings, perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical work, handle snow removal, and paint as needed. Shift: 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Applicants must have prior experience in commercial maintenance with plumbing, HVAC, and masonry, and be able to lift 75 lbs. Starting pay is $30/hr with a 90‑day increase if metrics are met.

• Plowing and snow removal
• Painting
• Other duties as assigned

In order to apply you must have:

• Pervious experience working within commercial maintenance setting
• Pervious Plumbing, HVAC and Masonry experience
• Ability to lift 75lbs

Benefits and pay:

• Starting pay: $30/hr with a pay increase after 90 days if meeting metrics.
