Woodbury County is seeking a skilled facilities technician to maintain buildings, perform plumbing and electrical repairs, and manage seasonal tasks like snow removal. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a hydronic license or ability to obtain it within seven months.
You must be able to lift heavy loads, work outdoors in varying weather, and pass a background check and drug screening. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required, with training provided as needed.

Responsible for the efficient accomplishment of all general repair/ maintenance, including boiler, plumbing and electrical work, air conditioning maintenance; proper operation of light fixtures; and for maintaining proper inventory to accomplish the above repairs; under the direction of the Building Services Director and/or Building Services Supervisor.
