Qualifications

Responsibilities
Assist in managing mechanical and plumbing service and retrofit work.
Coordinate with vendors for major material and equipment purchases.
Regularly update scheduling for project work.
Review project drawings and develop estimates under guidance.
Lead meetings to schedule labor and review labor calendar.
Survey project sites for adherence to safety standards.
Obtain and review submittals for various projects.
