Job summary

Brink's Incorporated in Detroit is seeking a vigilant security professional to maintain the safety, security, and control of a designated building. You will verify entrances, monitor the CCTV network, and coordinate with truck crews to ensure smooth operations.

You will promptly alert management to any suspicious activity, notify emergency services if needed, and complete daily reports. This role may require cross-training and handling additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, and control of the building at all times
• Control access to the building; verify identification and entrance authorization
• Monitor CCTV system for anything suspicious near the building
• Alert management of anything suspicious and notify emergency services, if necessary
• Maintain radio communication with truck crews throughout the day
• Scan personnel with metal detectors
• Complete daily reports
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
• Guard liability and assets
