Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties pertaining to maintenance, modification, and repair of developments and leased housing.
High School Diploma or GED AND two (2) years of experience in general maintenance.
A California Class "C" Driver's License may be required.

Only the most qualified applicants will be invited to the testing process, which may include oral, written, and/or performance examinations. Applicants must pass each phase with a score of 70% or higher to be placed on the "Certified List." Generation of this list does not guarantee employment; it remains valid for at least 6 months.
The examination for this position will occur on June 3, 2025. If invited, you will receive an email from careers@hacla.org no later than Thursday, May 29, 2025. This is the only notice; no changes to the exam date will be made.
