Qualifications

• Experience: Five years overseeing building construction and maintenance, including reviewing contract drawings and cost estimates.
• Equivalency: Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex studies and analyses of operations, programs, organizations, and procedures.
• Prepares complex final reports and recommendations for program improvement.
• Liaises with program and other internal/external persons to maintain communication channels.
• Collects, compiles, and organizes complex data for ongoing studies.
• Conducts complex studies and analyses of work processes and systems.
• Consults with supervisor/management on policies, trends, and needs interpretation.
• Acts as work lead for less-experienced incumbents when requested.
