Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a Building Products Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our authorized distributors and customers. You will process quotations and orders, manage project documentation in JD Edwards ERP, and troubleshoot product‑specific technical issues.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and IT to ensure designs meet project requirements, maintain accurate order data, and deliver exceptional service while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or account management-related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail
• Proven problem solving ability to troubleshoot and think critically
• Strong computer proficiency including MS Office and JD Edwards ERP
• Ability to learn, interpret specifications, construction documents and blueprints
• Experience with AutoCAD and eCommerce/EDI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and construction drawings to produce quotations, submittals and layout drawings
• Review project specifications to ensure product offerings meet codes and customer needs
• Process and verify orders with high accuracy and maintain ERP data
• Provide effective customer and technical support to distributors and sales agents
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues on custom projects
• Communicate project updates, lead times, and order statuses to stakeholders
• Assist in development and implementation of department processes and improvements
