Job summary

SRS Building Products - Fort Thomas in Kentucky is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver building materials to job sites, verify orders, and perform pre-trip inspections while maintaining high customer service. You will operate forklifts, manage loading/unloading, and support branch operations, with a focus on safety, compliance, and reliable on-time delivery in various weather conditions.

Minimum 1-2 years of driving, valid non-CDL license, DOT card, and E-Verify/I-9 compliance;

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• DOT medical certificate required for vehicles 10,001 lbs+.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required).
• Minimum age 21 (18 for employment).

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely and timely to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Verify inventory and ensure correct loading/unloading.
• Operate forklifts safely for loading/unloading.
• Provide professional on-site customer service and address queries.
• Communicate with managers to resolve delivery issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Document delivery processes and capture evidence as needed.
